Our Mission:
We will accomplish the CareCenter Ministries Vision by
being salt and
light to the earth through Christian
discovery, development, and
deployment.
CCM was established in 1986 to
address the issues of addiction, poverty and crime through the
power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are in the business of
reconciliation, transformation, and restoration. CCM began with a
small food pantry and a heart to see the poor become productive
members of our community. Since then it has grown to become one of
the leading care giving ministries in the heart of urban Dallas,
providing services to substance abusers, ex-offenders and those
living in poverty.
My people are
destroyed for lack of knowledge:

In many ways,
the solutions of the past have only perpetuated the problem. To
arbitrarily hand out resources without accountability—failing to
address the issues of character and moral responsibility– only
creates a cycle of dependency while draining the resources and
energy of the giver. The Word of God provides us with a time
proven plan for transforming poverty into productivity.
CareCenter Ministries is a member of
the Fellowship of Connected Churches and Ministries and submits to
its apostolic oversight for the purposes of reproducing and
extending the biblical model of
Ephesians 4:8-16.
